In my free time I like to dive into my phone (games, YouTube, Netflix) and spend time with family and friends. I also enjoy a little bit of gardening at home.
Tell us what you like about working at SpinSci?
As a programmer I like the ability to see how my work makes an impact on workflows and end customer interaction. I enjoy the continuous learning and the fact that our solutions are designed based on the latest technologies. I also like that we are able to deliver end to end solutions with multiple integrations.
Describe your role at SpinSci:
I architect the solution and then build and deploy SNAP product enhancements. I also support and mentor the Indian Team on the technical front.
What’s a common question you’re asked at work?
How does the team manage working on multiple projects?
What’s one of your favorite memories at SpinSci?
The Rogers deployments. We used to enjoy backing each other on late nights during back to back support day. I also enjoyed the parties that Kiran and Rajit, our CEO, were part of.
What’s something most people don’t know about you?
People think I am cool and never show aggression. But I am also human 🙂
What inspires you? Who is your role model at SpinSci?
My role model is my CEO Rajit, I wonder how he reads me. I appreciate his mentoring and attention to detail. I still remember when I was a trainee and how he used to spend hours with us explaining simple things. I still see this same kind of mentoring even after 12 years.
What’s an accomplishment you are most proud of?
I am proud to be part of the demos that we showcased with multiple complex and engaging components. I’m very proud to see team members who are doing wonderful work who I was able to mentor and train.
What’s the best career lesson you’ve learned so far?
The major lesson I’ve learned is to be attentive to detail. It’s important to track each and every single requirement that a client has proposed and verify before accepting and receiving approvals for the changes.
