Agenta Snap™ is an enterprise extension to the Cisco Contact Center and Cisco Unified Communications offerings, providing users with powerful and seamless integration into third-party applications, including healthcare organizations’ EHR systems.   The customer and patient experience is dramatically improved by placing valuable contact data at the fingertips of agents and healthcare staff, both within the Agenta Snap™ customizable interface and via Agenta Snap™’s intelligent screen pop of an organization’s enterprise application or EHR system. Agenta Snap™ assists users in identifying key customer and patient information without extra work or interruption to their existing workflow. This enables agents and healthcare staff to quickly solve customer and patient issues, rather than spending valuable call time searching for the individual’s data.

Agenta Snap™ integrates to most major EHR platforms and third-party applications.  Seamlessly integrated with the Cisco Finesse architecture, Agenta Snap™ requires a valid, working installation of Cisco UCCE, PCCE or UCCX.  Agenta Snap™ is compatible with Finesse version 10.5 and higher.  Agenta Snap™ is supported on Windows 7, Windows 8/8.1, Windows 10 and Mac OS (coming soon).
