Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage large, complex development and delivery projects involving integrations to call center technologies, healthcare EHR and CRM systems.
  • Manage cross-functional teams that may include resources from external vendors, partners and customers’ teams.
  • Lead the technical team toward clear definition of requirements, interfaces, milestones and deliverables.

Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience managing large, complex technical development/delivery projects.
  • Experience in creating project plans using a gantt chart tool such as Smartsheet, MS Project or similar.

Implementation Engineer (US / India)

In this position, you will be responsible for deployment of SpinSci solutions to customer, driving patient/customer engagement and satisfaction. You will be involved with all phases of solutions to address complex business problems and making sure the solution performs as designed, enabling our customers to maximize patient satisfaction in their interactions with end customer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • As a part of our delivery team, you will develop expert level familiarity with our product platform, and work with customers to deploy SpinSci solution into customer environment.
  • You will interface with stakeholders from customer team to participate in or conduct discovery sessions and develop technical specifications for the proposed solution.
  • You will participate in end-to-end solution deployment, making sure the solution functions end-to-end and offers the desired experience to user.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or IT or equivalent professional experience backed by professional certifications.
  • Experience installing and configuring Microsoft windows and Linux OS platforms in on-premises and cloud environment.
