6. Domain Expertise:

a. Leverage expertise in CCaaS platforms, EHR systems, and integrations with health systems.

7. Collaboration and Continuous Improvement:

a. Work closely with internal teams (Product, Engineering, and Delivery) to align solutions with SpinSci’s product roadmap.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Experience:
    • 5+ years of experience as a Solution Architect, Pre-Sales Engineer, or related role in the healthcare or CCaaS
    • Proven experience working with EHR systems, payment processors, payment gateways, and healthcare compliance frameworks.
