Trina is the Vice President of Marketing and Business Development and is responsible for leading strategy across all levels of our organization. Trina is an innovative, B2B healthcare marketing professional with a proven track record of delivering accelerated business results through strong GTM & Operations strategy and partner management. As a proven senior leader who has worked across key healthcare domains like Microsoft and Genesys, she brings to SpinSci’s executive leadership team deep healthcare industry experience and a passion to advance patient experience and health equity.
Trina is married to her husband, has two daughters, and a 14-year-old fur baby named Cleo. In her free time, she loves to indulge in cooking and baking sweet treats.
The Product and Engineering Leader – Customer Obsession, Innovation, and Servant Leadership
Ted Phipps is SpinSci’s Vice President of Product and Development. In his prior role as the Senior Director of Product Management at Cisco, Ted showcased his strategic progress by spearheading initiatives for the cloud-based Webex Contact Center. His legacy of leadership extended to overseeing product management for both the Webex Contact Center Enterprise and Contact Center Enterprise product lines.
When not working, Ted enjoys spending time with his wife, two daughters, and son. Ted is also an avid skier and music enthusiast.

Since co-founding SpinSci in 2006, Rajit Kumar, the Chief Executive Officer, has transformed SpinSci from a service-based delivery organization into a true healthcare innovator with deep investments in patient engagement solutions. Under his leadership, SpinSci has established a broad national footprint by developing strategic partnerships with some of the world’s largest technology and healthcare organizations.
Rajit is passionate about cultivating a culture in the organization where team members are empowered. Rajit has a Bachelors and Masters in Chemical Engineering. Rajit is a passionate golfer and enjoys spending time with his family.
The Architect – Creativity, Innovation, and Perfection
As Chief Architect and Director of Engineering, Ryan’s responsibility is to assemble and audit the collected works of SpinSci’s technical teams and ensure that all the moving pieces function in harmony to create a world-class product suite. Ryan continually strives to modernize the company’s infrastructure and helps encourage modern practices around deployment, packaging, and monitoring of the product.
Ryan’s pastimes are singing, reading, caring for pet reptiles, and of course, programming. He is an alumni of the University of Texas at Dallas.
Trusted Advisor – Strategic Relationships, Networking, and Social Responsibility
As the Vice President of Business Development , Nick is responsible for driving value with SpinSci’s health system partners and aligning SpinSci’s solutions and services with their patient engagement initiatives. Nick brings a deep healthcare background as a former hospital administrator and the leader of customer success at a large performance improvement healthcare organization. Nick is a Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE) and is a Fellow and Board Member of the Health Information and Management Systems Society (HIMSS).
Nick is an avid fan of the Dallas Cowboys, Dallas Mavericks, Dallas Stars, and Newcastle United and is a former college athlete playing tennis for Austin College. In his free time, Nick enjoys spending time with his two grown children, working out, and doing long-distance cycling. Nick is also an amateur musician playing guitar and bass in the local band Sonic Dissonance.
The Product Leader – Roadmaps, Disruption, and Excellence
Rohit Potaraju is SpinSci’s Vice President of Product Management, responsible for leading and developing the organization’s expansive portfolio of solutions. Rohit focuses on building impactful experiences in the Patient Engagement domain and enabling customers to enhance their workflows to become more robust and efficient. Since 2016, Rohit has held various integral roles within SpinSci, leading the company through multiple phases of growth.
Prior to joining the SpinSci family, Rohit completed his double major in Economics and Chemistry at The University of Texas at Austin with a minor in Computer Science. He was also the Lead Data Research Assistant at the McCombs School of Business. In his leisure time, Rohit enjoys spending time with his wife and dog, and playing basketball and tennis. He is also a die-hard fan of the Dallas Mavericks (MFFL) whom he has followed since his childhood days.
Project Management – Persistence, Work Ethic, and Astuteness
Ragu as the Director of PMO, is accountable for successfully delivering all SpinSci delivery projects. With over 20 years of experience in Information Technology & Systems in North America, Ragu has extensive experience in managing large IT programs and projects. He has been part of leadership teams at some of the top 10 Canadian corporations to build IT Strategy and 3-5 years Delivery Roadmap for them. He worked closely with security teams to integrate secure software development best practices to enhance the security posture from both internal and external threats.
Ragu is a travel enthusiast and passionate about exploring new cultures, cuisines, and languages. Through his travels, he seeks to broaden his horizons and cultivate a greater appreciation for the diversity of our world. When not traveling, he hikes every weekend across all provincial and national parks in Ontario. In his free time, Ragu enjoys spending time with friends and families over barbeque.
The Revenue Driver – Sales Leadership, Sales Ops, and New Ventures
Ashvin is currently the Chief Revenue Officer which he moved into after his position as Vice President of Sales and his internship, showing his rapid trajectory at SpinSci. Ashvin has deep technical knowledge and a strong understanding of healthcare provider challenges, allowing him to build strong relationships with his customers.
Ashvin is a sports enthusiast having played competitive golf and basketball at an early age. As a Junior golfer, Ashvin was fortunate enough to play with many golfers currently winning titles on the PGA Tour.
Sales – Innovation, Commitment, and Service
As the Director of Enterprise Sales, Tony is responsible for enterprise solution sales for the East. In his role, Tony is responsible for the discovery, demonstrations, technical reviews, and implementation design, as well as developing and maintaining healthy relationships with customers and partners.
Tony was born and raised in Busan, South Korea, and moved to Houston at the age of 16. He has a cat son named Twix who he loves more than anything with whom he regularly walks as if Twix were a dog. Tony models a side gig and you might be able to see him in some TV commercials!
Sales – Goal Attainment, Communication, and Relationships
Forrest is a Director of Sales for the West and brings both B2B and healthcare experience to SpinSci. Forrest has fostered deep relationships with his customers and partners and strives to deliver excellent results.
Forrest is a new father with a brand new baby girl.
Sales- Leadership, Revenue, Relationships, and Experience
Art is the Senior Director of Sales for the East and brings a wealth of industry experience to SpinSci. Art has held leadership roles with several telecommunication services providers and has owned and operated his own firm.
When not at work, Art has served as an Assistant Fire Chief for over 20 years and worked as a youth volunteer and mentor. In his free time, Art likes to golf and visit his cabin in Arkansas to explore outdoor life with his grandchildren.
The Delivery Man – Center of Excellence and Outcomes Focused
Narayan is the Director of Delivery Management and has led the company’s efforts to supply SpinSci solutions to our clients. In his role, Narayan leads a team of Delivery Managers who work with multifunctional teams – both internal and external – to manage the entire solution delivery process.
Narayan holds a BS and MS engineering and MBA from the University of Rochester. Narayan also enjoys reading, bicycling and outdoor activities.
The Services Leader – Custom & Advanced Engineering, and Customer Success
Kiran is the Director of Customer Support and is responsible for delivering turnkey custom solutions, in tandem with his team of highly skilled engineers and customer success managers. He is also responsible for managing the performance of all teams by promoting excellence within the organization. Additionally, Kiran fulfills the responsibilities of talent management by recruiting, hiring, developing, and mentoring staff to maximize the organization’s productivity.
Kiran’s favorite hobby is jogging. He participates in 5k and 10k runs in and around the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex area. He loves watching movies and spending time with family and friends. His favorite vacation destination is Florida.
Finance – Accounting, Administration, and People
As President of SpinSci, Keiko wears many different hats. Not only is she heavily involved as a leader of the company, but she also works in accounting, finance, HR, and administration.
Keiko was born in Japan and loves spending time with her family including her husband, two twin sons, daughter, and of course their puppy.

As a Chief Strategy Officer, Andy works closely with the CEO to improve cross-functional business alignment and to achieve SpinSci’s long-term vision. His core focus is “value creation”.
As quoted by Heraclitus, “the only constant in life is change”. For Andy, his constant change is his diet. He’s tried nearly every diet under the Sun – including Atkins, Keto, Paleo, Mediterranean, and Vegetarian. His new fad is Intermittent plus Pescatarian.
