My wife is a physical therapist at two different Dallas area hospitals, and she has routinely told me how difficult the COVID-19 pandemic has been on her staff. Cases come in waves and when hospitals are short staffed, they need to be as efficient as possible to make sure that everyone gets the care they deserve. A recent Frost & Sullivan report on contact centers indicated that 75% of the healthcare industry identified the lack of appropriate bandwidth and technology tools for remote workers as the top COVID related concern. Healthcare providers need to take advantage of the technologies and advancements that can make their lives easier by driving efficiencies and improving overall care delivery.
As a recent graduate seeking a new career path, I knew Healthcare was the place for me. Looking at my wife’s daily routine, I knew I wanted to do something that would help. Then came SpinSci. I am now privileged to have the opportunity to work for a company that directly contributes to improving the provider’s experience in delivering better care solutions.
