With 2022 at a close, it’s the perfect time to reflect and celebrate the advancements in digital health throughout the year and embrace the opportunities that lie ahead in 2023. As we wrap a big bow on 2022, we took an accounting of all SpinSci’s impact including onboarding 19 new health systems and excellent customer satisfaction evidenced by our 100% retention rate.  

As a business, the demand for SpinSci solutions continues to grow and we continue to expand our amazing team. With our new team members, we are able to support our expanding partner and customer ecosystem – from industry-leading CCaaS, CPaaS, UCaaS, and EHR platforms to major healthcare providers.

It’s been quite a year and 2023 promises to be even bigger with plans in line to deliver new innovations and pave new paths for patient access in digital health.  

Here are a few milestones and highlights of our year of innovation:

Welcome Aboard 

Partners 

We added to our existing partner portfolio (Five9 and Cisco) and onboarded new partners including Nice, Avaya, Genesys, Vonage, Twilio, T-Metric, NEC/Intermedia, Intelepeer and Uniphore. Our new partnership with Uniphore, the global leader in Conversational AI, will introduce new functionality into SpinSci’s Patient Access Care suite of solutions including Multi-Media IVR, sentiment analysis, and conversational automation. These enhancements will continue to enhance the patient and care team experience while improving operational efficiencies for better outcomes.

In 2022, SpinSci’s customer base continued to grow, now trusted by over 60 large health systems across the country. As our healthcare partners continue to grow, one of SpinSci’s key 2023 initiatives is to introduce a new customer success program designed to align our road map, product strategy, and services with the needs and goals of our customers. “It’s vital that we serve as true advocates for our health systems and help them navigate the digital front door with their patients. In this value-based environment, we must deliver value for them, and their success is our success”, Nick Kagal, SpinSci’s Vice President of Customer Success.   

We are excited to continue to foster our relationships throughout the new year to make an impact in the digital health industry. As technology continues to develop, health innovation has become a business imperative to deliver a connected care experience between providers and patients.
