I enjoy listening to Hip Hop, Indie, and Classical.
What are some of your favorite movies?
I love films that are mind-bending and thought-provoking. Anything thriller, true crime, and murder mystery usually pique my interest. Can you tell us what kind of music you typically listen to?
Some of my favorite artists include Young the Giant, Drake, J Cole, Ludovico Einaudi, Anuv Jain, and Emotional Oranges.
What’s your Dream Destination?
The mountains bring me peace and energize me. Visiting the Dolomites, a majestic mountain range located in Italy, is a dream I’ve had for years.
What’s your favorite vacation memory?
I recently went on a weeklong national park road trip with my wife across the states of Arizona and Utah. Not only did we get to drive through beautiful landscapes and marvel at the natural wonders of the Earth, but we also woke up early morning each day to hike as we listened to true crime podcasts. As a self-classified space enthusiast, I really enjoyed spending the nights stargazing in the vast night skies.
What’s been your most significant source of motivation?
My family is my main motivation and they’re the reason I am who I am today. All the praise and recognition I receive, I owe to their upbringing and constant support. I also enjoy reading books on leadership and taking inspiration from the teachings to continuously strengthen my leadership skills.
What do you like about SpinSci?
What I like the most about SpinSci is the value placed on delivering quality, and the value placed on the people. I’ve had the privilege to see this company grow from 2016 to the present day, and I’m proud to say I’ve played a role in the growth of the solutions, client relations, and strategic partnerships.
Tell us what you like to do with your free time?
I love spending my free time hiking, playing fetch with my dog, listening to true crime podcasts, playing video games, and reading books. Above all else, I love to cook and enjoy channeling my inner Gordon Ramsay.
What are some of your favorite Foods?
I strongly believe tacos are their own food group and can eat tacos for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. A close second is dosas, but only with peanut chutney.
What’s your favorite sport?
Ball is life, and nothing beats my love for basketball, but I’m also passionate about cricket and tennis. Watching a match at Wimbledon is on my bucket list.
Do you have pets?
I have a toy Australian Shepherd named Kobe. Like for me, and Kobe Bryant, ball is life for him.
How do you keep your team motivated?
I keep my team motivated by first building their understanding of the value behind the work they’re doing and how that effort plays into improving the current state of healthcare interactions. Without understanding the value of the work, it’s difficult to deliver products that are meaningful so in everything we do, I focus on driving value through all stages of the process. I want the end goal to motivate my team in the same manner that it motivates me.
What inspires you? Who’s your role model?
I have a desire to keep pushing myself to new heights to lock the next level of my potential. There are two role models in my life. One is Rajit Kumar, our CEO. His work ethic, drive to accomplish things, and leadership skills are huge inspirations for me. My second role model is my wife, Rini, because she’s everything that I’m not. Her ability to plan and execute, being detail-oriented, and her drive inspire me to put my best foot forward every day.
Tell us something no one knows about you.
I am a huge Andy Roddick fan. Being his fan wasn’t easy since he would lose to Roger Federer in every grand slam final, but I really admired his fast serves and tenacity. Once while in college, he was visiting campus, so I got to meet and chat with him – probably one of the happiest sports-related moments of my life.
