Fun Facts

I’d say I’m a funny person – I love to crack dad jokes! I also did theatre back in my college days, and something I’ve been into these days is anime.

Tell us one extraordinary thing that you have never done and would like to do?

I would like to try bungee jumping and see what would happen – I don’t have a fear of heights, but I do tend to close my eyes anywhere above 20 ft.

What are a few of your favorite hobbies and interests?

I love painting, but I’m really bad at it so I use paint by numbers which makes it easy to just color in the numbers. I also like to collect and read poems – I have a notebook where I write poems that have had an impact on me and inspire me for reassurance. I’m also a big movie buff – I particularly enjoy Wes Anderson movies. Lastly, I’m really into the Redbull Power Train – I’ve been learning a lot about their engines and wind tunnels as the F1 season is coming up. 🏎️

What kind of music do you like?

I enjoy listening to soothing music and dancing to peppy upbeat music! I don’t enjoy metallic, rap, or hard music as it is difficult to follow what they are saying.

What cuisine do you enjoy the most?

I enjoy Indian cuisine the most, but it has to be spicy.

If given a chance, who would you like to be for a day?

I would like to be a pigeon for a day – I want to see the world from a bird eye view. 🐦

What chore do you absolutely hate doing?

I love cooking but I hate doing the dishes – it is too time consuming and is a nightmare.

Who has been your inspiration in life?

My inspiration would be my mom because I’ve seen her work very hard juggling between work life and having obnoxious kids. She’s molded us into who we are today and taught us the values we now carry. She taught us to be happy, push through boundaries, and manifest good things. It doesn’t matter how impossible things are, always try to find the positives.

What do you like about SpinSci?

I like how everyone has each other’s back here and always motivates you. You may be alone in your success, but you are never alone in your failures. Everyone here is a great mentor and has something to teach and learn. What I love the most is how we’re touching patients’ lives – the more closely we work with health systems, the more I learn about the value of our products.

What do you think makes our team culture unique?

The people as we have the nicest, warmest, and finest people working at SpinSci.

Something about yourself others don’t know?

Something others don’t know is that I love to sing. I also worked as a voice artist for two radio shows when I was younger because someone backed out last minute so my dad asked me to partake. 🎙️

What are your dreams and your aspirations in Life?

In 5 years, I see myself in a leadership position where I will mold and motivate others in the way the people at SpinSci have done for me. I’m learning how to manage resources, people, and gradually working my way towards this aspiration.

What is your favorite movie?

My favorite movies are Imitation Games and Inglorious Bastards – I love action and thriller movies where you can see the hero’s journey and see how they bounce back. I also enjoy black comedies because there is no right or wrong, they are just in tough situations that are close to reality. A movie my dad and I enjoy is Kaagaz Ke Phool 1959 which is an old Indian movie.

Where’s a place you’d like to visit?

I really want to visit the Yi Peng Lantern Festival. I always see videos on Instagram, and it reminds me of the movie Tangled – I am a big romanticist.

What’s one item you can’t live without?

I cannot live without my tea. My go-to is ginger tea with milk and LOTS of sugar. 🍵

Why SpinSci? Share 1-3 sentence on your personal mission and how SpinSci helps fulfill that mission:

Before SpinSci, I had never worked in healthcare, so it was very new to me. I taught myself how healthcare works here in the U.S. and learned that everything is digitized and electronic. I was studying data analytics, so this was very interesting to me. Once I came on board, I learned about the different products from Rajit, and this really helped me understand the company. My personal mission is to excel and develop a better understanding of cloud deployments, how containers work, etc.
