SpinSci Partners with Five9 to Provide Integration with Epic for Optimizing Patient Care
DALLAS, April 26, 2021 /PRNewswire/ — Today SpinSci Technologies, an innovator in the field of patient engagement solutions, announced that they have received accreditation from Five9, Inc. (NASDAQ: FIVN), a leading provider of the intelligent cloud contact center. By accrediting SpinSci’s solutions, Five9 will now be able to leverage SpinSci’s key integrations with the Epic electronic health record.
As a contributor to the Epic App Orchard, SpinSci’s tight integration with Epic will provide Five9 contact center agents a full 360° view of the patient record. The combined offering improves operational efficiency and patient experience while improving speed to care.
The Five9 Intelligent Cloud Contact Center and SpinSci’s leading Patient Assist solution will provide Five9 contact center agents with new workflow automation capabilities supporting patient identification, verification, and authentication.
